The Power of Print

I thoroughly enjoyed this extension section because what it is saying is truly relevant and interesting. I have noticed that especially in high school when I come off of summer break, my handwriting looks like my special cousin jimmy wrote it. Some may say my handwriting does not improve much from there, but those are simply opinions. I also liked where they make the point about how correct spelling is absolutely a necessity. Not because we couldn't eventually understand what you are trying to say if you spelled words however you liked, but so that a uniform spelling can be established so the readability is the same for every document, and so that understanding is not lost in the translation of misspelled words. That is critical to a intellectual society, and is something we implement today. However, I also enjoyed when they said that even though handwriting styles my differ, as long as the words re spelled right and legibly, that people will still understand the meaning. That is great news to people such as me who's handwriting could use some improvement to say the least.
